Your Privacy Choices
This page explains what information is collected when you visit our schools page, build a project brief, or schedule a conversation.
Updated September 10, 2026Analytics and session replay
Analytics runs by default on this US site unless you turn it off in Privacy choices. We use PostHog and, when configured, Google Analytics to understand page visits, form progress, calendar views, and completed inquiries and appointments. PostHog uses an anonymous browser identifier while analytics is enabled and may record masked session replay. Form inputs, project summaries, and scheduling frames are masked or excluded. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or project answers to Google Analytics or as PostHog event properties. We do not record console messages or request and response bodies.
Advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is separate from analytics and runs by default unless you turn it off, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. When enabled and configured, Meta may receive page and form events, campaign or click identifiers, and confirmation of the first captured contact or scheduled appointment. For matching those server confirmations, we may send hashed email or phone information and available browser and network information from your visit. These signals help us measure campaigns and manage advertising audiences. Your project inquiry and scheduling work when advertising measurement is off.
Project brief and contact information
When you submit the project builder, we collect the school or institution, location, project answers, name, work email, optional phone number, consent record, and campaign attribution included in the page address. We use this information to respond, prepare for a conversation, and keep the project history organized in Close, our customer relationship management system.
Scheduling
Calendly provides the scheduling experience inside the form. Information you provide to Calendly is handled under Calendly’s own privacy terms. Our verified connection receives booking, rescheduling, and cancellation updates and associates them with the project contact in Close. We count an appointment only after the server validates the scheduling provider’s notification. Canceling a booking updates the operational record while preserving the history of the original inquiry and appointment.
Campaign attribution and browser storage
We save explicit privacy choices so you can review them on later visits. Until you make a different choice, the default measurement state allows the relevant campaign attribution and analytics identifiers to be stored. Turning a category off stops new collection for that category and clears the related local identifiers where the browser allows it. When enabled, the first and most recent campaign source can stay connected to the inquiry. The project builder also keeps an in-progress draft in session storage so a refresh does not erase your work. An opaque identifier used to associate an outreach visit with an existing inquiry is handled separately from analytics.
Technical reliability records
We use Upstash Redis to prevent duplicate submissions and recover interrupted processing. Operational workflow records are retained for up to 90 days. Separate measurement records retain the first acquisition markers, delivery outcomes, and withdrawn permissions so retries do not create another acquisition or reactivate an old permission. Matching context, which can include consented analytics identifiers, hashed contact details, and available visitor network information, is removed from measurement records after 90 days by the queue processor. To limit automated submissions, we also keep a counter linked to a keyed hash of the visitor’s IP address for up to 10 minutes.
Reporting
Our internal reporting uses campaign, device-category, consent-coverage, and funnel totals. The measurement export to our reporting systems excludes names, emails, phone numbers, CRM identifiers, and browser identifiers. It preserves the campaign context of each original acquisition so a later visit does not change where that acquisition came from.
Service providers
We use Vercel to deliver the website, Close to manage inquiries, Calendly to schedule conversations, and Upstash Redis for submission limits and recovery. Measurement uses PostHog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta when configured and not opted out. Our internal reporting may use n8n, PostgreSQL, and Google Sheets with the restricted measurement export described above.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to turn off analytics, advertising measurement, or both. No click is required to use the project builder or schedule a conversation. If Global Privacy Control is active, advertising measurement remains off in that browser. Withdrawal stops new optional collection on this device and sends an authenticated request to stop pending server deliveries associated with its measurement permission. If the connection is unavailable, the request remains on this device and is retried on a later visit. Withdrawal does not recall data already received by a provider.
